I have chosen Hans after only 20 min of interview as it didn't take long to understand that this guy had a profound experience of testing. The challenge was heavy : get onboard without any handover and prepare the Integration Testing of a Credit Risk Assessment tool... in a month time. And he did it... tremendously. The project was tested in a professional way and thoroughly. Not even that, he also had the time to prepare an induction document to summarize what to do when coming on board (so that the next newcomer did not have to face what Hans did). Hans is a reliable professional, a thorough tester and a great team player with a very positive attitude.

I have worked with Hans on several projects, and I know him as a very trustworthy, goal-oriented and quality-driven person.
